I use a compact, dedicated mini video rig with professional lighting. It’s a lightweight, discreet approach that lets me capture your wedding naturally, without big cameras and bulky equipment getting in the way of your guests enjoying the day. It’s the perfect modern filming setup built around iPhone Pro phones.
For sound, Linear PCM recorders capture crisp, high-quality audio throughout the wedding, helping preserve the atmosphere, conversations and special moments shared by the whole wedding party — not just the people making speeches.

About me
Hi, I’m Mikey.
I’m the face behind Mikey Montage, a wedding videographer based in North Wales, covering North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands.
My approach is simple: relaxed, unobtrusive and personal. I’m not there to turn your wedding into a film set or have you posing all day. I’ll capture the big moments, the little moments and everything in between, whether that means being in the middle of the action or quietly blending into the background.
When I’m not filming weddings, you’ll usually find me involved in music, live events and theme parks.
Most of all, I want you to feel comfortable having me there. I’m not just turning up and filming. I’m there to capture your story, your personalities and the atmosphere of your day, because your wedding only happens once.
